Tech Valley High School students work toward 100 hours of community service over four years. On Friday, April 23, our students and staff participated in community service activities together, both virtually and in person. Students recorded readings of children’s books to share with elementary school students as well as talent activities for residents of assisted living residences. They organized donations for Grassroots Givers and painted rocks for Tech Valley and the City of Albany through the Albany Rock Project. Some students also arranged their own service projects, such as working at a firehouse, tutoring, and park clean-up. We are so proud of our students and value being supportive members of the community-at-large.
