Students stage Chinese 'Star Search'

06.14.10
TVHS freshmen took to the stage on Thursday to perform their best Chinese skits.
While some borrowed heavily from a Bruce Lee film, others performed traditional Chinese bits, ranging from the "fan dance" to a reenactment of a Chinese fairy tale.
For their last project of the school year, the students were challenged to develop Chinese skits to entertain their classmates, parents and the public.
Each group of three to four students practiced for several weeks on the stage of the school's auditorium.
"The students worked very hard for this performance and their hard work showed," said Lim.
